To begin, you’ll need to set up an account with Get Covered New Jersey. Here’s how:

  1. Go to the Get Covered NJ Website: Visit the Get Covered NJ website. (You won’t have to provide any information on this page).

  2. Scroll to the Bottom of the Page: You’ll see some initial questions asking about the coverage year, where you live, etc. You can ignore these for now. Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page. Look for the “Start Application” button located just under the “Check for Savings” button—this is the option you’ll want to select.

  3. Enter Your Personal Information: Once you click “Start Application,” you’ll be prompted to fill in personal details such as your full name, date of birth, email address, and a password for your account. Make sure all information is correct as it will be used during your health insurance application.

  4. Verify Your Email: After submitting your account details, check your email for a verification message from Get Covered NJ. Click the link in the email to confirm and activate your account.

  4. Confirm Your Selection: After selecting Jason, your account will be linked to him. This allows him to assist with your application, plan selection, and any questions you may have in the future.
